Housing Application

Disciples House has ten two-room apartments and ten single rooms sharing a bath, with available common kitchen. Rents are significantly below the area where the House is located, close to campus and in one of Nashville's  exciting neighborhoods. Though Disciples receive greater housing support, rent for all residents is subsidized and is well below the norm for this location. Rent includes parking, utilities, limited storage, free use of onsite laundry facilities and the Commons Room, a shared kitchen for single rooms, and community activities. Current rates are available in the application and may be subject to annual revision. Various fees also apply.

Applications are considered in part based on date received. It is wise to apply as soon as possible, even before you have made a definite decision to attend, in order to hold your place.
