Disciples House Opening Retreat

Disciples House Opening Retreat

The Disciples House resident community gathered at Bethany Hills Camp on Monday, August 15, for the annual House Opening Retreat. The event is designed to build a strong, supportive, formative community at the House as we begin a new academic year, with numerous new residents and great diversity. The retreat was led by fourth year resident Christy Jo Harbor and second year resident Evan Bunch. It featured plenty of time to get to know one another, to discuss details, to talk about the larger issues of life together in community, and to shape a covenant for the way residents interact.
